Inventory Balance
Read onlyDocument chain: QO (Quotation Order) → SO (Sales Order) on the customer side; RFQ (Request for Quotation) → PO (Purchase Order) on the supplier side. SO versus PO against on hand (CSC + SHB + transit); QO and RFQ are shown for information only. Timeline: customer promise 90 days, supplier 30 days to Shanghai, 30 days sea, 14 days local.
Demands at risk (committed SO vs committed supply)
Open RFQ = quantity still in requests for quotation (draft / sent), i.e. the supplier has not confirmed yet. It is not committed supply. A small late marker means the RFQ cannot arrive by the required date. Once the supplier confirms, it becomes a PO and the committed gap shrinks.
